Jessica Biel has been a model and an actress throughout her career. Biel is born and raised in the United States of American origin. Jessica Biel started her modeling career in the early years. She came into the limelight in the 7th Heaven of WB series by portraying the character of Mary Camden. While this role brought the actress a huge amount of attention, she felt that the image of Mary Camden as a good actress would restrict her ability to act. To dispel the stereotype, she appeared partially clothed for the cover picture for Gear magazine. This act of Jessica was a cause of some controversy for her followers. Jessica quit 7th Heaven at the end of its sixth season. Her acclaimed performance as a teenager Casey Jackson in the film Ulee's Gold brought her instant recognition. She even won the best supporting young actress award for this film. Summer Catch is a great illustration of her talents. The movie Rules of Attraction did not have much success despite her amazing performance. The role she played in The Texas Chainshaw Massacre, the horror film that she starred in, caught the public's eye. The suspense films she has acted in has proven her an actor of serious stature.
