Singer was born on 26 November 1986, in Santa Monica California. The father of the singer, Vincenzo Barba is her mother Valerie Barba. In 2006, they moved with their parents with their family members to Point Pleasant New Jersey. For her schooling, she completed her studies at Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. She continued her education through Catholic University where she earned an undergraduate degree in architecture. Also she started playing the violin from the age of four and was called Violin Girl. Due to her talent that she went by the name Violin Girl. She was also a violin teacher for the youngsters in the area.
